Citynow Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform User Guide

1 Member Eligibility

The citynow platform is open to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. citynow does not allow any underage individual to register or use our services under any circumstances.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• Not appearing on any active platform ban or restriction list.
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of another person or corporate entity without written authorisation from CityNow.
• Play using your own legally earned funds, not borrowed money or funds belonging to third parties.

CityNow reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and may suspend an account while verification is completed. Accounts found to have registered using false information or to be under 18 years of age will be terminated immediately and the account balance may be forfeited.

2 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to own one (1) account only at citynow. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts along with forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date — including full name, phone number, email address, and bank account details.
• The registered name must match the name of the bank account holder used for deposits and withdrawals. A name mismatch may cause withdrawals to be delayed until verification is complete.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Contact the CityNow support team for assistance with updating your account details.
• Your account password must be kept confidential. CityNow will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended and available to all members through account security settings.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal

CityNow provides a variety of secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysian members, including local bank transfers, popular e-wallets, and other digital payment methods available on the platform.

• Minimum deposit is as specified on the platform's deposit page, subject to change from time to time.
• All deposits must use a payment method registered in your own name. citynow does not accept third-party deposits.
• Minimum withdrawal is as specified on the withdrawal page. Withdrawal requests are processed automatically in less than 30 minutes for bank transfers and less than 10 minutes for e-wallets during business hours.
• First-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding certain limits may require additional KYC verification before processing. This is a standard security procedure to protect members.
• CityNow does not charge any withdrawal fees to members. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• CityNow reserves the right to delay withdrawals for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected by our monitoring systems.

4 Bonus & Promotions

CityNow offers a variety of attractive bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms and conditions clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. The following are general guidelines that apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus is subject to wagering requirement (rollover) as stated. This requirement must be fulfilled before any bonus balance can be converted to cash and withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members who have never made any previous deposit. Only one welcome bonus is allowed per individual, residential address, and device.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, bet coordination, or strategies specifically designed to exploit promotions — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.

5 Game Rules

All games available on the citynow platform are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by a qualified third party. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated.

• Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. CityNow provides game guides accessible within the platform.
• Any attempt to cheat, use automated software (bots), exploit technical bugs, or collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, citynow will restore the session based on the last server record. Results recorded by the server are final.
• CityNow reserves the right to void any bets or rounds affected by technical errors, odds pricing errors, or system disruptions beyond our control. Deposit refunds will be issued in such cases.
• Live casino games are subject to additional rules set by the live casino studio operator. Dealer decisions in live games are final and cannot be disputed once the round is complete.

6 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your CityNow account. CityNow provides multiple layers of security to assist you, but the safeguarding of your password and login credentials remains your personal responsibility.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. CityNow will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from the sharing of account credentials.
• Use a strong and unique password for your CityNow account. Change your password regularly and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact citynow support immediately via live chat. We will freeze your account for investigation within less than one hour.
• CityNow will never request sensitive information such as passwords or PIN numbers via email, phone, or chat. Any such communication is a fraudulent attempt and should be reported to us.
• Ensure that the device used to access citynow is always updated with the latest antivirus software and operating system.

7 Account Termination

CityNow reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member who violates these terms and conditions. Reasons that may lead to such action include:

• Owning multiple accounts or registering using another person's identity.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity involving the citynow platform.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of technical bugs with intent to gain illegitimate profit.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward support staff or other members.
• Violating any of the established game rules.

If your account is terminated due to a terms violation, any legitimate account balance (unrelated to fraudulent activity) will be returned to you once the investigation is complete, at citynow's discretion.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal within 3–5 business days.

8 Limitation of Liability

CityNow makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times. However, there are limitations of liability that every member should be aware of:

• CityNow is not liable for any losses suffered as a result of internet service disruptions, user device hardware failures, or interruptions beyond our control.
• CityNow does not guarantee that the platform will be entirely free of technical errors. Should a technical error affect game outcomes, CityNow will investigate and take appropriate action.
• All information displayed on the platform is for entertainment and informational purposes only. citynow does not provide financial advice or guarantee profits from any gaming activity.
• Citynow's total liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the last 12 months.

9 Data Privacy

CityNow takes the protection of members' personal data seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with CityNow Privacy Policy that applies together with these terms and conditions.

• Your personal data is collected solely for the purposes of identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• CityNow will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• All data is stored on servers protected with high-level encryption and is accessible only by authorized personnel.
• You have the right to request a copy of your personal data we hold or to request its deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements.

10 Terms Amendment

CityNow reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the official CityNow website.

• In the event of significant changes affecting member rights, citynow will send a notification via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.
• Continued use of the citynow platform after the amendment effective date is considered acceptance of the amended terms.
• If you disagree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your legitimate account balance before the amendment effective date.
• In the event of any conflict between translated versions of these terms, the Bahasa Malaysia version is final and supersedes all other versions.
